Extended Warranty
Through a mail mix-up, I didn't receive my notice for an offer of purchasing an extended warranty on my new Z1 900. The Kawasaki Company refused to sell me one because my original warranty had expired 3 months earlier. They said, Talk to your dealer. So I did, and boy was I glad I choose to. Kinsy in sales/finance went totally above and beyond to contact the company and arrange the purchase for me. No hassle. No mistrust that I was trying to rip them off. Just plain old fashioned fabulous customer service. They were like this when I purchased 2 new Kawasakis from them in 2019 too. Absolutely a first-class dealership. (Employee: KINSY DAUGHHETEE)
