Service after the sale.
I have bought quite a few bikes from them and each and every time, no matter what it, has been a very positive experience. The last bike I bought has some minor cosmetic issues and the dealership went to bat for me with Kawasaki. Every time I need any little thing they go the extra mile for me. Whenever there has been an issue, the standard answer is, Don't worry, we will take care of you. And they do. This is the way to do business. (Employee: James Griffith)
